clarity on growing law

ok so i was looking online at the law and it shows the penalty for growing and having 100-200 lbs but shows nothing about having just 1 or 2 plants. anyone have any information on this? would be growing WITHOUT a card so thats my question

I assume, depending on your state's laws, 1 plant or 200 plants = illegal. I would assume the higher number of plants would be more illegal, but...

Get a card/license, dude.

A NV card cost 350 with doc visit here in carson city. Fine for having less than an oz first offence 200 - 600 + court cost. Growing = more charges, fines and maybe jail. Get a mmj card.

I'm in NV, I actually got busted 8 months back with 3 plants, they didn't do anything to me. They seem to not be so strict around here at least, (Northern NV :))

It could because they had no business going into my grow room, forcing their way into my place and searching every room without a warrant.... Fucking cocks. I will NEVER get over that day.... It's just i don't know... that day made me fucking hate all authorities, they think they're above you because they gotta silly badge and a gun

I should just be glad they didn't do anything to me for MEDICALLY growing.... They didn't even touch them i ended up making iso hash with em :lol:
