Moving from the Country where the H2O is impeccable...to "Babylon" where naturally the water is treated, but with what these daze, I would have no idea.
Anyone that is growing indoors in an area where the H2O is treated, can I possibly just let the Water "AGE" for 24-48 hrs. since chlorine does evaporate..surely an RO system would be CHOICE but can I possibly sustain a garden with AGED water?
All Answers will be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!! :)

the general concensus is that you can just let the water sit out(perhaps even with an air stone) for a length of time(2 days or so) and it should be good. But this is far too general for me, all different water sources have different treatments. I feel that some places use a chloride or something similar that does not evaporate as regular chlorine does. You also have to consider salt buildups.

I, for one, use 5 gallon jugs filled from King Soopers. Their water is all sorts of filtered, ROd and hit with UV. i find the ppm to be around 14-20 (vs walmart at around 70). and ph around 7.7 or so. Just a few drops of ph down after my nutes and its good to go. i have been told to use the inside water dispenser as it is better maintained and cleaner, i havent compared though.

Your best bet would be to contact your city water supply and ask for the current years test results. This will show the levels of everything in the water and you can use/not use accordingly. This(or the RO filter) would be the best thing to do if you use a lot of water.

By the way, you can probably find a recent water quality analysis online for your area that will have all the information you'd want to know...

Also, check the website for your public works/water company. They usually have a FAQ which will tell you things like where the water comes from, if they use chlorine or chloramine, how it's treated/recycled, etc...
