Citizen 1818 par readings

Does anyone have any details of what the par readings will be for a citizen 1818 ran at 1.4a 12 inch from canopy?

With no optics.

I have used the calculator that's available on here and it says at 1 cob per sq ft it would be 1500 ppfd approx which is what I am wanting but no measurements of how far from canopy.

1500 ppfd is with co2

Cheers

when i measure single 1818 gen 5 in free air at 12" its always tested at 620-680 ppfd. at 1 per sq ft youd expect significant sidelighting so yeah prob well up over 1000 ppfd

The calculator that I've found on roll it up seems to suggest a single 1818 cob in 1 sq ft of space would be 1811 ppfd.

I take it that 1818 would be 0.5 inch from the bulb?

No if you were at 1in from any cob it's going to be around 3000Ppf... But that's not a useable measurement as its only for a very small area.

that would be the average ppfd if you could confine 100% of the emitted light to a 1sq ft space/so minimum 6" to cover that area with angle of light emitted from the unit, and it of course wouldnt be perfectly even
