I am lost trying to understand what could be the reason behind my 3rd channel not working. It was working fine for years, I stopped using it for private reasons and apparently it took it personal. See, Cidly Phantom has 3 channels on their remotes. A-B-C. A and B works fine with full dimmable options while C seems dead (C is bottom 2 row) In the picture below, you will be able to see A and B channels at %2 while I set the C to %100 but there is no light... ( Channel C seems "alive" when I boot up the system, yet its dead when I put it to %100)
I am really bad with fixing things, was even worried to take it apart. All is well, I put it back together with no issues but the problem is still there since I did not find anything out of the ordinary.
Any ideas? (p.s. the lights that are "out" in A/B channels are IR)
