I'm actually leaning toward picking up a 600 because I ran across a pretty good deal, its a dimmable 600 so I'll be able to run it at 300 and 450 watts if 600 starts to get to hot. Anyway I'll keep you guys posted when I decide to order the light, I actually made a thread about it, its a Revolt ballast and 600w cool tube for 220.00 shipped! If you guys happen to have any experience with them lmk!

I read on horitlux website I believe that dimming a bulb is bad for it. They said it had to do with the chemical reaction that takes place inside of the bulb. I put my girls into 12/12 tonight and didnt clone any of the SLH. The best plant is 12 inches tall but it does not have a spot where I can cut it that there would be 3 nodes. Can I take a clone in a couple of days when the plant gets a little bigger? Im runing out of time and had to put them into flowing stage. I have never had SLH and most people on here talk them up so much. I dont want to spend the 50 bucks for another 5 seeds when there are so many other seeds out that look fun to grow. Any ideas?

Thats a nice yield!! I really want to try an outdoor grow next year but I just don't know where I could pull it off I planted a warlock outside after vegging it out a month or so this year but it died from a bunch of rain... Its definitely a whole different ball game outdoors, thats why I'd like to give an attempt to flower something outside!

As for the clones you can take them whenever you want! If you take them further in flowering they will just take a little longer to root becaues they have to revert to vegg.

Updates are up smelly

Just grabbed 2 BlackBerry Seeds from a friend that are now germing and was told I could snatch up an OG#18 clone in the next week or so when they root!

I'll probably just veg all 3 in party cups for a few weeks until I figure out what the hell I'm going to do now lol..

Thats your call, I've always use rootech i think the brand is called.. Its from the hydro store but its pricey, 19 bucks. But it last for a while if you dabb the cloning gel on a paper plate or something and don't dip the cutting right in the container.

Cd told me about some stuff from home depot thats been working great for him but I forget the name. I might actually need it soon If I'm gonna have 3 different photoperiod strains going! Probably take like 2-3 clones from each!!

I hope so, there in paper towels as of a few hours ago and the part cups are ready for soil

Here they are, Quzar and syrup "Left" haven't shown sex yet. Red Dwarf is 11 days into flowering and White dwarf is 4 days into flowering
On a side note, I had the 250 about 14" from the top of Red D and she was getting a little over heated so I bumped the light up to 18" and all seems to be good so far! I'm picking up a 600 watt hps soon, I'm still debating on spending the extra money on a digi lumatek or THIS, Which I've heard great things about...

that looks like a nice kit for the money... i don't like that cheesy reflector though....

Yea I agree, they actually have a nice aircooled hood for an extra 40 bucks so I might go with that. If I have the extra 100 to spend on the lumatek kit I'll go that route but This kit seems pretty solid from the little bit of info I was able to dig up on it! I have to get a 4" inline fan and filter too Plus a few other things so I don't want to go to crazy.

Thanks Jc, I cant wait either! I'm hoping I can go with the lumatek but I'll be happy with the revolt if thats my only option at the time. We will see Right now the Metal Halide and cfl's are doing pretty good though!!

Just the 2 on the right have technically "started flowering." I still havent seen any pistils on the Quzar or the Syrup yet, I'm hoping there true autos otherwise I'm going to be vegging some monsters in these 2 gallon pots lol!! Everythings on an 18/6 light schedule.

Both blackberry's popped!!!! I Moved the vanilla kush seedlings down off to the side under the 250 MH, 18/6 with the autoflowers I'm curious to see how this effects there growth compared to just cfl's! When the BlackB's pop up I'll move them under 2-27watt cfl's for 1-2weeks, then everything will be under the Mh chillin after that. Still waiting on a few clones to snatch up aswell so we will see what happens with that.

Right now I have 6 strains including the auto flowers, I'm thinking of doing 6, 2 gallons pots when the auto's are finished 2xVanilla, 2xBlackberry, 1xOG Kush 18 and 1xSLH. The plan is to pick the best 2 strains and keep them going but who knows lol... I'm still waiting for these other 2 auto's to show sex because then I'll know it will be roughly 9 weeks from that point before I can flower the vegging girls. I'll keep udating with pics every couple days or so, hope everyone is smoking well or at least preparing to

Speaking of OG, A rooted Og kush 18 clone was just put in a fresh party cup filled with FFOF tonight I'll snap a pic of her in a sec. I had to take a little break but you know I couldn't leave my peeps hangin!!
