i have always grown with a dwc. they are fast an simple to take care of. my problem is i only want to grow 4-5 plants at most. i have two 5g bubble buckets but they just make sense if i want to grow two plants (one each bucket).

should i learn to grow in soil or stick to what i know an just figure out a larger system for dwc? i just want to quit buying shitty weed. i will never sell any of it so i dont need a room full of plants.

i have all the space i need, will use a 400w hps and cooltube with a carbon filter. my goal is 4 nice plants. i want the plants to have their own space so im not crazy about putting them in a big tote jammed together. id love to read your ideas on the matter. lets try to keep it simple. just want it to work.

Soil is the best for noobs and oldies alike, DWC is a must technique to try after several soil grows, just to see if its your thing, but like gays once converted you will never go back, true DWC makes for some grand grows should you have the space, as a DWC grow and set right, grows some huge tin foil tasting buds, no matter how much you flush b4 harvest.

Soil grows are divided again too, into organic and commercial(non organic) FFOF and Mg fall into these they say they are organic but not really, then growers top up with bottled sewage(biobizz etc) these go well and are most popular and taste OK, so long as again you flush before harvest

but the best and greatest way to start is without doubt the organic way, locate your organic soil supplier in your area, pay him well, then never ever look back, or you may grow your own soils, but be warned its more of an art than a science ...lol

Your reasons for using DWC now are why I like it. I'd stick with it.

I like soil and organics, but it's so inconvenient to bring tons of soil through my house all the time.

DWC is simple, works great, and produces quality product if grown well. Why change if you're already locked in?

Soils easy, Im in the opposite boat, im thinking trying DWC. GL bud just try a lil one in soil.
dwc is awesome. no watering, quick growth, easy build.rockwool is a pain in the ass. adjusting ph who needs it. starter plugs work great. germinate them in the starter plugs. during flower you have to top up every couple days, veg you feed once a week an your done.
