Chop or 1-2 wks more ???

Alright guys this is my 1st grow and my only lady.She is 8 wks old this sat. and omg she is a smelly girl. Ive checked with a 30x scope and my trichs are deep cloudy white and a few ambers.I already flushed ( 1 wk ago and gave her molases) I dont want a couch lock high. Im looking for a good head high with a dash of body. Should i chop her up or hold tight?? Heres some pics.

oh I'd cut her down immediately if you are looking for more of a head high. Hell that stage may have already passed. Definitely looks to be more indica than anything and will probably give quite the couch lock.

Give her the axe

I see so many members with 5-30 posts coming in here and yelling CHOP CHOP CHOP!

it angers me....

2 more wks !!! damm im getting a bit paranoid.She smells.I have a cam fan and a carbon filter and it still stinky. The fan leaves are dry and brittle should I leave em on or cut them ? I dont know if I wanna go 2 more wks. Will it really make that much of a difference? Not bad looking for bag seed.
Heres some picks of the whole plant shes only 21 inches tall.And as u can tell shes leaning to the side from the weight...

Yes it will make a HUGE difference.

You got two experienced members telling you to wait 2 weeks....DO IT.

Just because someone has low post counts has nothing to do with what they know. Maybe they have been growing for years but just now found this forum.

they COULD be great growers yeah yeah...

OK guys heres some updated pics i took the flash off since I think the flash makes them look whiter.I think im going to cut em up this weekend the trichs are 40%cloudy and 60% a bit more cloudy towards the bottom but not by much. Opinions are very welcomed. Thanks

first set of pics look like they need more time NO DOUBT! 2nd set looks like they r really close. You can always trim a bud or two off, do a quick dry to test potency to see if its where you want it. Going by looks alone, or the cloudy trichs method is a GENERAL way of telling when to harvest. Smoking the actuall product is the evidence behind all the "theories". Pulling a nug off here and there each week will give YOU a better idea of want u want in a high. Then you wont have to be confused by dumb people saying CHOP IT NOW. YOU NEED IT NOW. They r not the ones smoking it r they? youve come to far with her to let others dictate what u want out of her. I wish u happy smoke!

Its mostly indica so you should get more of a couch lock "STONE" effect.

The guy stated he wanted a head high with a bit of body in his orginal post. Therefore it being an indica dominant strain he'd have to cut it prematurely. I get called an idiot for saying to harvest it now. I know for a fact that it could go another two weeks, which is what i would have suggested if he hadn't said "head high". dicks.

i aggree with not chopping. buds plump a ton in the last fe weeks. it does look close though. i would keep a close eye and flush one more time then chop maybe mid week. thats just me though, either way your going to get high

if you feel like choppin then chop! its your plant your smoke and your high buddy! you did good work on that and whatever you decide to do, well... I'm witcha!!!

im so glad nsw, was there to tell you not to chop lol. Firstly I understand you want a head high, but its a sativa plant unfortunately so regardless of when you chop you are goign to get that indica high. Cutting them early may help make it a bit more head high, but it the end its just going to be severly less potent.

Looking much better now, and those final 2 weeks are extremly important.

High post count doesn't make you a "cannabis doctor" either.

I agree though, he should let her live.......it's probably already cut though.


I can't imagine that plant having cloudy and amber trichs.
