Choosing my graduate school based on these marijuana friendly states. Advice Needed.

I will heading to a graduate school with the ability to have a scholarships in any state. I want to grow for the medical centers and patients while I am going to school, I hope to be able to support myself without anymore student loans, or have money to work into my career after graduation.
