Cheese's 2x4x5 600w pure cfl grow/ bcn diesel, lemon juice express & some local grown

Hey guys this is my first good crack at growing. I really believe in the benefits of cfls and want to prove a couple people wrong with this grow.

this grow will be in a 2wideX4longX5high tent

My 2 diesels are about 3 weeks into veg
The lemon juice express (lmj) are about 2 weeks from seed
And my locally bred "jamaican fruit punch" are about 1 week from seed. The diesels are regular femisised and the other to arw autos. The locally grown autos arent fem.

Ill be feeding with medione from green planet thru veg and add massive in when I flower.

They are growing in pro mix mixed with a random ratio of coco perlite and vermiculite . About 4-4-1-1 ratio.

Ventilation is caused by a 4 inch inline intake and a 6 inch inline exhaust placed in the appropriate areas. For circulation I have a 14x14 box fan blowing in the direction of ventilation for maximum airflow.

Water is straight from the tap - no ph tester at the moment should have on in a few days.

Currently under 24 hours light but will be switching to 18/6 in opt for cheaper hydro bill.

Hey bro I'm along for the ride!

Nothing wrong with cfl's, have done a 500w cfl only grow in the past and it rocked, still use the cfl's now but with the addition of a 600w hps.

Have you the lights raised for the pic and they are normally closer? My Cfl's are almost touching the tops.

Im playing with the lights right now. Honest to god they were inches from the plant so I lowered the plants about 6 inches after a couple days of no streching I lowered them again and I think ive found a good medium my nodes are less than an inch from eachother and the plants are barely 10 inches lol. Update on its way

Thanks dude, ive been trying to let them stretch recently felt like I wasnt taking advantage of all the space I have... Crossing my fingers it stays cool enough to run in the summer time right now intake/exhaust are just circulating in the the room the tent is in. I plan on ducting the exhaust outside and intake from the houses central air system. Thanks bro.

Went out today and picked up a ph tester, ph up/down, Green planet's Massive for flowering. And 2 digital light timers with back up for saving presets if power shorts or something... lol. Will have a full update with pictures tommorow.

As for today did a test on my water ph was a bit too high - 6.8, after mixing nutes my tap water sits at about 6.5 witch is nearly perfect,the water also comes from a well so zero chlorine aswell.. I dropped the ph to about 6 as medi one directs anywhere between 5.8-6.3.

Timers are plugged in and programed for 18/6
I have to say they are the nicest quality and easiest to use timer ive come across

yep, love my cfl's, LoL.the last grow was crap weed, the little plant i had in this thing i didnt weigh but id say it was a couple oz's. and this one, if the buds tighten up should be pretty nice. im still running about 285 watts, 10 bulbs mixed spectrum. digging all the new goodies you got, have fun, LoL.
