Agreed. I keep my bluelab guardian in my hydro tent. It's green, always on, it's bright as fuck at lights out. Never had a problem. I also use a vivosun green flashlight at lights out to change out res, it's even brighter. Never a problem.
Only one thing you can be sure it was NOT the reason is supercropping. Maybe you thought monstercropping, thats possible. Every other thing is possible and it is generaly count under the belt of stress. Red light as a sudden change taking place longer than one week do the job easily. Keep it as dark as possible for proper flowering.
Genetics, some plants are more prone to herm than others. It’s a fairly common practice in breeding to stress test with photoperiod interruptions to cull out intersex dominant plants from their breeding stock.
It really is all interesting, Studies are being done to find out the minimum amount of light needed to interrupt cannabis, playing with intensity and time on stuff like that, different colors, ect. We have known for years though green overall seems to have a weaker effect than Blue or Red.
Again, agreed. I feel like green light needs more intensity behind it than red or blue. It would be interesting to know just how much intensity combined with spectrum it takes for photosynthesis to occur. I'm guessing somewhere around moonlight? Lol

The brightest moonlight possible is magnitudes of order stronger than a small led light in your tent I would also assume, unless you're running some truly cracked fans and dehu's I would put heavy doubt on small indicator leds causing herm traits, rather your genetics are just prone to being intersex.
That’s not an analogy though, that’s what happened. Not a huge deal, I cut her down took notice of the red lights on the fan and covered them up. I still have a bunch of clones of her so she’ll get another go eventually.
