Has anybody ever experienced this? Some of my bud tops look like cauliflower. Its only the ones closest to the lights. They are dense and frosty looking. Is this anything to be worried about?

Its called light bleaching. Move your lights further from the tops of your plants

Well it can stress your plant and mess up your colas. What lights are you using?

I suspect he is using leds
The fact that the leaf is not bleached
Is why i posted the link above.

But if he's not using leds my theory is blown.

I only know them because I used to own a bunch of them before building my cob lights

@charface bro my mind is blown by that article and i havnt even finished reading it.... Trichomes on top of trichones.... Fkn sikkkkk. I hope this is whats happening to my plants lol... This is my first LED grow ever and the further i go along with it the more im liking these lights. Thanks for all your responses guys!

It’s bleaching and looks like heavy nitrogen judging from the pics. Depending on the tents size it may. With Kind led it’s easy to bleach the piss out of the plants.

So its worse than i thought?

It’s wont be perfect but will still smoke. I’d imagine you have it up all the way currently so you can but at this point it’s not going to change much I’ve had it happen before.

Yeah i raised it as high as i can but the bleached nugs are still only like 8 inches from the light... All my other buds are looking pretty awesome tho... Lets see how they turn out. How far from the canopy would you recommend putting those kind led lights @Lordhooha

It’s been awhile since I used them but 12 to 18 inches is best for them. I switched from them to my own cob builds and hlg quantum boards. But they grow just expensive.
