I'm a first time grower and I have a question, Is my plant is looking healthy ? . And I'm leaving for the weekend, what do I do. I have no timer for it and no one to take care of it.

If you have a cfl bulb, you can leave it on and the plant should be fine. Water it before you leave.

i have a 13 watt one is that ok and how far should I have it from the plant

That'll work for now and about two to three inches away.
