Thanks we are running a 250W MH from veg through flower. We debated long and hard about buying the HPS conversion or a seperate hps system and decided for now we like how the MH grows. We are in a small closet in a studio apartment so heat is an issue and we cannot risk that about 10 degree raise in heat from HPS. Are you currently growing?

We got these 3 clones as a gift from a friend and were told they were fire. So unfortunately we are unsure of the strain but since the day it started smelling it has a fruity aroma. Obviously it's an indica and we had early THC productivity. We just got our seeds from NL which are 10 THC Bomb and 5 Mazar Afgahn. The unkown strain we are currently growing seems to have a lot of crystals.

great trich development so early and with no hps help.. impresive! Very nice Im actually shocked they are so sugary with mh.. nice job!!

yes i am running 400 hps see photos below (link), the hps dose cause heat issuse and for mh those look great i wouldnt even bother with it

We did some extensive research when decideding to stay with MH. Although people claim the buds turn out light and fluffy, some claim they turn out much denser. Lately, more and more growers have stopped using HPS alltogether and swtiched to MH. The grow takes a little bit longer but you do get a larger yield. Plus the lumen out put for our light is 22,000 and if we got the conversion bulb we would only gain 3,000 more lumens and the red spectrum. So the extra 120 is not really worth it. As long as you watch and take good care of your babies than you will for sure have a healthy plant. Any favorite strains?
