Transplant into half-gal containers after 2-3 weeks of initial veg, and flip to 12/12 (adding some 2700 Cree LED lightbulbs shortly after that). This will keep them small, you'll finish sooner, won't need a lot of stuff for larger plants. Your CFL will be good for that.

Sale something, amd goto Wal-Mart n but the 5 pack of cfls for 9 bucks. N then buy a power strip a use that as your grow light. The sale socket to wall socket adapters for 1.50

There is no cheap way. It starts out cheap, but before you know it......So basically im fuckin broke and i need a really cheap way to grow haha i just want the absolute necessitys to grow and then i can make some money and invest in more and more stuff. I plan on getting a 4×2×5 grow tent for about $67.00
And all i have is a 24w 6500k cfl for my seedlings so aside from that stuff whats the cheapest way to grow possible, im only growing two plants but if u could include links to products that ur talking about that would be amazingly helpful haha so thank u for any feedback in advance

But this is how i started. I was living in a shed behind my dads house, lost my job and almost committed suicide, started to grow pot and it really changed my life. You can guess how i started and i just kept buying stuff. Id say im about 4k in with all my supplies and new 3rd box i built. started with cardboard, and then im up to MDF board built by me fans, etc. I saved money where i could by making my own carbon filter and using this site like a leech until now
. I'm Running a 300w LED flowing light and a single 50w LED bulb to Veg 2 plants max or maybe just 1 at times. I'm also using full line fox farm (Started with the trio $60shipped). But my first nute was good ole miracle grow. Bought 2 HPS lights that i dont even use anymore
tons of CFL's
Power cords etc. sockets.
Best advice i can give, pick 1 flowering light (HPS LED) and stick with it. Dont be a dumb ass like me n buy all of me.... Also water is free, dirt is not, DWC is my current lover right now <3 .
P.S: these pics are about 2yrs old, if you want more advice PM me. I'm a Married man, single income, and i have 4 kids. I still need govt assist, I but my ass to try n provide and understand the need to pinch this n that to make it happen.

You're Out of luck bro. You can't grow cheap indoors and make any money...outdoor is the only way to do that.. If you grow with cfl you're not going to have any smoke to spare.. A 1000 watt will get you a pound if your a decent grower... you can get a 400 but it's still going to cost some money. it will definitely add to your pgne bill.

U don't have any lamps in your house? throw them in a box outside! just leave the top of the box open.. When it gets dark bring the box in and stick any light over it . The next day when you wake up do it again...use Pepsi bottles or whatever as a pot in two weeks. that leaves you with a week of pretty stressed out plants under insufficient light...buUT by that time the roots should be strong enough to survive for 1 week of fucked up conditions. ..

Well i had a lot of seeds and.wanna make sure i get enough healthy females and considering im a beginner i expect some of them.not.to. be in the best shape and some of them wont be female anyway

Find an out of the way sunny spot outside to throw your current seedlings. Put em there. Don't tell/show anyone. While your waiting on your cash to come you'll have your little patch going. These plants are weeds. They'll survive in the wild (even in native soil) with no care whatsoever. In a few weeks go pick up some Osmocote and topdress em with it. Let the rain do the work for you. Come back and chop when ready. You'll spend 5 - 10 bucks and pull a few zips/plant. If you wanna get more buds Go check on them about every 10 days. Keep the top tied down. They'll branch out like mad. Tie those down as well. Rinse/repeat. More branches/tops = more buds. Clip some bottom branches. Label plants/branches. Toss em in cups of water to clone. You can do this in the corner of your tent with other vegging plants. Sex em as soon as they root (a single inch long root is enough to get em going) chop your males. If you keep em tied down (see more branches = more buds) you'll pull in some considerable weight.
