I'm primarily concerned with growing experience rather than the quality of the high so what are the cheapest seeds out there? They have to ship to the US.
So far I've found some seeds on attitude that are only one pound per seed. Can anyone find better?
Unfortunately don't have access to one area long enough to clone over and over.
