Cheapest food for a crop to feed on?

Cheap is not always a good way i know. What is everyone using for cheap food that works great? I am thinking miracle grow and some molasses, why are people not use or are using this is my question? thanks

Mega Crop is overall very cheap in the long run. Before that I had been using Black Strap Molasses (Sulpher free)

I'd go for Maxibloom over miracle grow, it's a good all in one fert with plenty of cal/mag/sulfur.

I remember reading on a forum somewhere that the op was using diluted milk. If I remember correctly it was a 4 parts water to 1 part milk. I never tried it but he made a case for it saying it had all the nutes we all use.

Your second question is a Good question about user preference. Why DO growers use the fertilizers that they do? And they are all pretty spendy, aren't they?

Another cheap fertilizer is Epsom Salt (ammonium sulfate).

I paid around $115 for Jack's 321 25lb bags (Part A & B). That is literally a lifetime supply for me.

Epsom salt needed also.
