Cheap PH and ppm meters any reviews from people who have them

Has anybody here tried the cheap pen style digital meters? The PH meters go for around 10 bux on ebay and the ppms arent much more. Im thinking of getting one if they are accurate enough and do the job of more expensive brands.

Yes, don't get one! I've tried the Rapitest soil ph tester. Needless to say, any $10 meter to precisely take a complicated scientific reading is going to be crap. Also had the Hanna Checker, w/ replaceable electrode. It was garbage also. The only one i've ever been happy with was a Hanna, HI 9138-6N....It runs around $200 on amazon, but well worth it. Just trying to save you some time and money!
