Cheap Grow Room Set up Plz?

I am just wanting to know the cheapest way to build a grow room out of a small 12ft by 12ft room,i need to know what all supplies do i need? thanks if you can help

I build my grow op out of a cardboard box. Lined the inside with plasic. Then tinfoil over plastic. It didnt cost me a cent

not good to use tinfoil it makes hot spots...

for cheap? well about as cheap as it gets is bagseed compact fluorescent bulbs, soil, basic nutrients.
