So i thought i'd share this... i struggled a bit with a cheap way to ventilate my grow... the heat was rough.. running 85-90 all the time using PC fans with and AC unit... seemed like a waste.

so here is my final setup... cost.. 90.00$ (got the fan on sale. and some duct tape!)

Here is what im using... a Honeywell air purifier.. after looking inside after i
bought it for something else, i found it has 2 fans and 2 intake/exhausts.

So here is what i did with it, lots of duct tape to it for now, but i plan on opening
it up and properly attaching some ducting later.

veg cabinet, roughly 1x2x2.5 feet, with a view from the ducting that runs over the top to the other room

flowering cabinet 2.5x3.5x5 feet (fits into my closet)

It works pretty good... i used the carbon and hepa filter that came with it.. it is inserted at the
air intakes from the flowering cab that gets vented through the cooltube to the other room, and into the veg box... lol

Both the veg box and flower box are pretty air tight.. the air flows wheres its supposed to.

Keeps everything at 80-82, 45-60rh.... basically the ambient temperature of the other room.. which is a laundry room, and stays cool winter and summer (basement).

It's pretty quiet... and had a built in air ioniser.. that i dont use.. not sure if thats good for growing. or even matters.

So for anyone growing in a closet... these dual fanned air purifiers can really do the job.

Let me know what you think? am i just retarded? bring it ;)

(i know its ugly with the duct tape... but i cover that up !! and will fix it)
