I'd like to understand why possession of more than 30G of a legal substance can get you up to 5 years in jail. WTF. This is not legalization despite what some might say. The fact is that governments should not create onerous punitive legislation if they don't plan to use it. That is not justice.

if i'm reading this piece of doubleplusungoodness correctly, you can posses more than 30G in your home, but you can't take it out of the house with you.
you can't grow outside.you can't sell it.
