Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton movies...

Their movies are essential viewings to me, to some it might be boring and dull because it's black and white and it was in the 20's and 30's but movies back then were fucking Golden, like heaven captured on celluloid... You don't have to be high to appreciate some of the artistic creations they've done in their careers, just recently I watch 'Modern Times' on bluray and Holy shit, just Holy shit!!! I cried at the end of that movie, heck I cried at the end of every Charlie Chaplin movies... Buster Keaton is the better athlete and some of the stunts he did at the time was just fucking mind blowing, just amazing shit... Watch Sherlock Jr., Three Ages, The General you'll be blown away by the athleticism of Keaton... Jackie Chan was inspired by Keaton's work and you can see some of his comedic touches implemented in his movies... One movie I recall was Shanghai Knights when he did a dancing tribute to the movies from the 30's but I'm not sure whether it was Keaton or Gene Kelley... So yeah, toke some of that good herb and watch you some silent films, I know I did...
