Finally moving to the reverse osmosis world and moving away from tap. I have seen it being suggested that if you are using ro then most of the time you will need to add calcium nitrate and magnesium. My nutes currently are jungle juice which is the same as gh 3 part. I have calcium nitrate and epson salt. How much calcium and magnesium should I add per gallon of each. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Depends on the type of calcium nitrate you have. Here`s some weights using Botanicare`s calmag plus dosage as the yardstick (10ml per 4L)
Calcinit: 1.66g per 4L (or Calcium Nitrate Tetrahydrate: 1.917g per 4L)
Epsom: 1.258g per 4L
If you want to include the iron, Fe-EDTA (13%) at 0.08g per 4L
Dont mix the epsom and calcium nitrate together in concentrated form.

Does anyone else agree or have another way of adding calcium and magnesium? For instance 150ppm for calcium and 50ppm for magnesium?
