changing ducting form 6" to 5"

Hi. First grow. Setting up growroom. My fan has a 5" inch spigot, but my reflector hasw a 6". Whats the easiest way to rig this up. Thanks for the help.

You could use one of these on the reflector and 5" ducting from it to the fan.

6 x 5 galvanized reducer. Local hardware store, hvac section.

Dammit snaps, i thought for sure I was going to save the day. Beat me to it.

I would put 6" "increasers" (reducers lol) on the fan so you have all 6" ducting exept the fan itself. You lose a lot of flow through ducting so keeping it as large as possible will be good.

Also the airflow in the ducting will be slower which might mean less noise.
