Changed the setup during 1st month?? new and better leaves??Y?

ok so me and my buddy have this plant thats about three weeks old indoors and we changed it to a cheap but very efficient hydroponic setup and its two weeks later and it's working amazingly and we changed our lighting to three 23watt cfl's..........the newest leaves seem to be slightly darker in color but it also has much fuller and healthier leaves all around....its growing faster and has a strong stem...buuuuttt the leave tips seem to be turning the slightest bit yellow...y is this??????????? its not getting too much heat in any way because we have a kusch plant that just sprouted and a clone in there as well(temporarily) and the plant box is 2ft by 4ft and is about 5 ft tall as well as great air circulation and the lights are in great spots too....not too close or too far....roughly 3-5 inches away from plant....can anyone give me any advice????constructive critisism?

what kind of nutes at what dose are you using?

I have a 50/50 mix of perlite...and hyponex soil...so i think im pretty good on that but it did have some minor nute burn before i transplanted it to the better mix and i think its recovering rather nicely but thanks for your help man!
