Personally my license expired march 1st so im allowed to grow. If i were to move i would fax/certified mail HC like your saposed to post sept 30th saying your storage location and growing location has changed with your new Form A i believe, not sure havent done it in a long time. Atleast you have that backing you. Keep your tracking number and photo copies/fax confirmations.

Any update on address change? also we need them to extend the transfer period of MMAR to MMPR starting material, so that I can sell my seeds and clones to future LPs of my choice.

really I think....we can all be 1 doctors appointment away from finding out....our conditions are considerably more grave than we thought....
so depending on your particular case...the answer on what to do could be.......

I need a long term solution on the legality of treating myself....(sorta leaning toward Turmel's instruction for a permanent legal solution...)

or

I need to make RSO pronto....cause seeing next week or next month is a concern....

So yesterday's HC announcement sounds like if one didn't renew after September 2013, forget it. My licence was up end January, (ATP plus my DPL), so i didn't renew cuz I thought, as everyone did, that it would end March 31. It says an ATP must have valid licence March 20, 2014. (DPL, PPL ok after Sept 2013). I would appreciate anyone's feedback, thank you.

Me, I have a lawyer on retainer. Because I don't bow down to fuck heads that don't really know what's up.

But for others that don't I suggest a lawyer letter if needed because it's the cheapest way to get HC to fuck off until more of the HC debockle has been straightened out by the courts.

Just watch and wait and you will see. Read my posts about how all this went down and you will see I haven't been wrong yet...

By the way I think I forgot to say fuck off to any LP's that are out there reading this.

they stopped doing renewals in sept so any judge that sees the ruling would say if you can grow it legally u can sure smoke it by law you are supposed too. hc is nuts with that statement after a judge ruled that if you had it sept 2013 you are gd to go.
