I used to grow mushrooms in the closet in the guest bedroom; watching shrooms grow, the whole process is just so fucking amazing to watch I showed like all my friends, and they showed their friends, and we all tripped a lot and everything was jake - but time went on and shit started to happen like my girlfriend's best friends' boyfriend, wanna-be g*star showed up at my door with 2 other little thug punks I didn't even know; "werd dawg, can we get some boomz off yous or what, son?" - I was like 'get the fuck out of here' - and I shut the whole op down over the next week or so. A couple weeks later, that same punk got arrested with an 8-ball in his pocket and rolled straight over on the punk that sold it to him. They're both in jail, and I'm thinking:

Could have been a bag of my mushrooms! Fuck.

I look at it this way: when someone knows something about you that can damage your life that much, they have power over you. Why the fuck would you give a bunch of people, including your girlfriend (they are all psycho bitches if you make them mad enough), and especially the friends-of-friends who you dont even know, that much power over you?

Ok, so, if you have noticed a slight jump in your power bill, here is a good cover, I think... I dont know... Go to your local wal-mart, or store like it and pick up a Space Heater. (They range from $20 - $160) Just buy the cheap one. Put it in your living room or somewhere visible, Or dont buy one at all. If anyone questions you on your power consumption, tell them that you have been running a space heater. My bill jumped up $15 just for using one for like... 1 hour every day... so... just lie to them, anything that produces heat eats up power, make something up, you are smart enough I am sure.

IMHO a cop has no interest in the guy growing a few ounces personal. He is going after the guy who is growing 50 plants and has a bunch of narley HPS lights lighting up his thermal scanner like a christmas tree.

I would steer clear of domestic disturbances and noise complaints. Thats really the only reason a cop has to come to my house anyway.

you're right, generally most of them don't care. but some of them have seen personal lives devastated from any drug use and so they are just HARD ASSES.

you know, personally, I don't mind getting busted so much. I just hate it when the fuckers want to lecture you on top of that. So you sit there and don't mouth to them or you agree with them hoping that they might let you off...but like 75% of the time you still get the fine/arrest and the damn lecture.

have you guys done a search on your login name on google or any search engine? i really dont think it is hard for anybody to trace your ip address
soo be smart...and keep your mouth shut. one of my real good friends who helped my w/ my outdoor garden was going to rip me off. story has it he was behind my backyard telling one of his boyz that is where the kind is go get some!lucky he knew who's house it was and told him to fuck off and called me up to tell me the low down. the more people know the more chance you will get busted.

Sdbud, if your worryed about someone getting your ip adress then use a proxy. If you don't know what that is then google it.

Oh its not hard to trace an ip address at all. If they wanted to and had the warrants to they could scan everyone here to within their neighborhood node. ISP's would co-operate from there. Be safe and make lots of holes in the story. If they dont know enough about you to prove without a shadow of a doubt that you are growing and where you are doing it chances are they wont get a warrant.

People post for years without getting caught. lol there are millions of ip addys and to look at everything is impossible. Just keep your mouth shut tell noone and keep the oder down and never steal power cable phone sat or nothing where the grow is and dont get the police called on you for doing other stupid shit outside your home and you will have nothing to worry about. One more leave your weed at home and you will be even more protected.

I Almost got busted growing outside.

I Had my plant bathing in the sun outside out by my shed, inbetween some grape vines and what not.

Well we had an inspector lady come out, she asked what the plant was and i got off saying it was a "Chinese Maple tree" which I had a big tree on the other side of the shed.

That was pretty close

Yup. They fuck you up with charges round here... They try and keep you in the system, rotate you around drug classes and shit for a few $$$'s here and there... Not me.. I've done my time for it... I Know when to keep my mouth shut, when to lie, when to run, when to hide; But I also know about my rights... Which helps you out in a situation where your getting the wrong end of the stick.

well, if you go to prison(for months)...jail is waiting for bail or trial(days)...then you usually are let out early so they can put you on parole. Then they restrict where you can move to, make sure you have a job, and make sure you're not on any drugs or hanging with people for a while.

after that, you're not on a list, per se, but you are in a database. if you get pulled over for speeding, they'll seed the weed prosecution and then they'll start digging deeper into your car.

Yup if you get caught do not even think about transporting any of your product for 3 years. Have someone carry for you. less dangerous that way anyway especially if you know someone whos good at shutting up.

Not many people now a days know when to keep their mouths shut... Just say something to your transport dude that your a lower man, you get your weed from someone else.

I dont sell it nor will i ever but logicaly your odds of getting busted are increased. Even if you sell it to a friend. If you are paying the bills with your stuff then put 20% of all profits for capital/lawyer fees they can save your ass even if you have been caught red handed. As for proxies they are a good idea but do take a higher lvl of technical knowlege to keep running correctly. if you use SBC/AT&T Internet then dont worry they dont share any customer information with anyone. Not even the RIAA could crack that safe. Its also hard for a "police department" to get an IP track because only "NOCs" Network Operation Center of the ISP can do that and they dont talk to people on the phone they only take escalated issues from tier2 tech which dont talk to people on the phone either. Request for an IP track is usualy denied and if its approved its for internal invertigation only (and is only done on spammers/hackers). FBI and CIA can get them but they send a man in to the NOC for it and its heavy shit they look for not weed growers. 1 trick is to put your hotwater tank on a timer... you don't need hotwater when you are sleeping, lights go on hot water tank goes off. set the timer an hour before you getup so you don't get that nasty cold shower.

I can't control everyone that surfs the site, there is a disclaimer as registration saying no gov't officials etc etc... however it is not legal and they pretty much do what they want. Some Rules you guys should follow:
