CFLs

Hey guys, im on a tight budget(who isnt) and i cant exactly afford a HID lamp

for my flowering and i was wondering if its worth it or not to just use the CFLs

i used for veg also for flower....hook me up thanks guy

You can have a successful grow using CFL's the entire time. Don't believe me, go buy SeeMoreBuds' book, Marijuana Buds for Less, he uses CFL's the entire time and yields 8 oz.

ya but how many lumens do u need to equal that amount

If your concern is LUMEN'S that's easy, you figure out how many lumens are put out by the bulb you WISH you had, and then you just buy enough CFL's to equal that amount of lumens...I can't tell you how many you need, because I don't know what CFL's you're using, so I don't know how many lumens they put out.

I CAN tell you that SeeMoreBuds used 6 42 watt CFL's.

You need a different spectrum in flower
