Aww that looks like my baby girl...I had some brown tip issues in the beginning and even though everyone says keep cfls so close I have found that five inches from the longest tip depending on where its at is best.... I have 3 cfls putting out I think 1600 lumens each one of those energy eff uses 23 puts out 100 watt...since I modify my lighting to her dense spots and keep it back just enough to challenge her none of my new leaf tips are brown good luck...

I know I water everyday but there is so much soil room smells like soil. It looks so dry. Should I stop now watering evry day?

From those day 22 pics I really thinks its your lights being to close.

See a pic 1 and 2 below that I took on day 22 (1/23), before I changed lights. There are more brown tips in my pic than any of the ones you have. ALL FROM LIGHT TOO CLOSE

The 3rd pic was five days (1/28) later after moving the light up and away from her some, Can you see she got like a inch on her. Plus on this day is when started her on Fox Farm Big Grow and put the 3 cfls that are on her now.
So the last 3 pics are from today pretty amazing what she has done in two weeks huh?
I really think a. its your lighting b. you should start some nutes-I only used filter water and fox farm grow right now 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 gallon but thats based on my container size. Plus Im a firm believe that if you stick your finger in her and she's wet either give her a couple of hours if your on your normal routine and she if she dries on out or wait till the next morning on your watering.

your overwatering it for sure.... do not water every day... water every 3 days or so.. let the top couple inches of the soil get dry in between waterings.. then your leaves wont droop like they are now :)
