Ok. so im going to finish vegging in a big cab. so theres going to be 4 lights hanging down. this plan was good until one 23w 6500k CFL BLEW!!!! so now i have 3 23w 6500k cfls and 1 23w 2700k cfl. so my question is will it be ok with 3 6500k cfls and one 2700k cfl? cause there will be one 6500k on each side and one above the plant with the 2700k cfl.. will this be ok? or will it fuck up the flowering stage? please help..

Mixing CFL's is actually the better way to go, the sun naturally still has a little bit of the other spectrum's during the summer, they are just outshined by the blue. So your little mistake will probably help your little girl grow up faster than she would have otherwise! :-)

I use 4 2700ks and 2 6500k and 2 5500k's and my plants are monsters for a month into veg. I think it works better.

Dont forget, flowering mostly depends on the light cycle 12/12, lights do the size. Keep it simple and all is good

The answer to that with HID lighting is the Dual Arc bulbs, also called High Pressure Halide bulbs, that have two filaments so they give you both MH and HPS light spectrums all the time.
