cfl question can someone help??

There is no ballast. If your not over 18 please leave. buy bulbs with a ballast those are designed for a fixture with a ballast.

tkae them back and go to wal-mart and get 3-pack of 26w warm cfls ...

Ya you gotta get the bulbs with the ballast already in the bulb... Hope you saved the receipt.

got the ballast still didn't wrk guy how bout that. Just asked a question didn't need an asshole remark!!!!!!!!

just take it back man and get some 26w warm cfls....shud be like 10 bucks or so.

How are you thinking of mounting them? Also, how many plants are you planning on growing?

welll sine u have 2 .. here what i wud do.... that wud take care of mounting/erflecting and such/////

go to wal-mart again hahah go to the light section u will/shud find a clamp with a reflector and a light screw in th eclamp .. there u go .. ur all set...oh and u need a Y adapter .. which they also have at walmart for like 2dollars the reflectior shud cost like 10 ... then ur all set u will have tweo scokets for ur 2 cfls!

SO can you tell me if 85w cfl's will work as good as some people with 42w's,been trying to find out for a cuople of days on this siteand have not got a respond on it.

85w CFL or a CFL that has the equivalent of 85w incandescent?? Read the package and let me know. Better yet - post a good pic of the package.

jst looking to grow a couple clones w/ them in a speaker box converted. here is a pic of my setup now..

u using t-12 bro?

I'm using CFLs -- (2) 13w 2600L and (2) 26w 2750L. Don't have room for anything but CFLs.

they are85w cfl's = to a 400w incand 5500lums at 5000k,check out 1000bulbs.com they have2w to 200w cfl's.check it out I'm going to see if I can get good big bud with them.
