yep i use flo's for cuttings and seedlings only..
CFL or MH which is best for vegging. ?

mh produces more lumens which produces bigger buds

Actually a Halide bulb will provide a more resinous plant.
A sodium bulb provides Bigger and tighter buds.

I use CFL for both, but i have a tight budget also its my first grow.
All i do is switch the spectrum fro like 6500k bulbs for veg
And 2500K Spectrum bulbs for Flower
I am flowering rite now and it is actually coming out great with the CFL
I know that a MH would be better for VEG and HPS would be better for FLOWER
