CFL lights :)

for 2 days i have been using wrong light and stem grow tall with tiny leaves

Did little reasearch, found that cfl lights ar easy and good to use

So I ran to local store didnt found any higher than 2700k which are ment for flovering so i bought that....

is it ok that I use it for a while? (better then nothing) while i find something above 5000k

Im up for any other suggestins as well as long as i screw it in a regular socket E27

No offense, but I am guessing you missed them unless you were at a c store or something. "Bright Daylight" 6500k are pretty standard at any hardware or walmart type store.

for the veg stage it would be best to use 6500k .....you are okay with the 2700K for now but do get some 6500K


BTW...the typical mix is 3:1 (three 6500k and one 2700K for veg, then three 2700k and one 6500k for flower)....and 5000k can be used during both veg & flower for the extra spectrum

Not sure where you live that hopefully you might have a HomeDepot near by, but I love these 42watt(200w)Daylight/6500k-2800L cfl's found in "some" store selves or other wise have to be ordered through their web next day air. Below is a link to show details on bulb. I also put the second link to a awesome kick ass cfl for veggie stage, and these bulbs are carried in stock in all their stores.
