CFL light query

Hell no. NOt even close. You could put a couple 600;s in there or even a 1000 or 2. My grow space is 2'X4'X4' & I run 2 150 watt HPS lights in there with 8 t-8 flouro tubes & I could use more lights.
I tried just using the flouros for a grow. It worked, but the buds were very light & fluffy.
I am a true believer in HPS for flowering.
I would recommend getting a 1000 watt HPS light for that area & be prepared for the massive growth & stench.. Good stench

I don't think 400 would be big enough. Perhaps with the clf's as auxiliary lighting. I would suggest perhaps an additional 400 in there. Is it HPS that you have?

Ah.. Yes then you need to get a new light. depending on your budget & what not. I would use the cfl & the 400 for vegin & I would pick up a 1000 watt for flowering.
Prob cost you about $200? You can get them for less if you look around.
Its IMO the most cost effective lights you can get & I know the product is better under them that the CFL's Never used the new induction lights or the LED's but I like to use what works & experiment with other stuff. I know the HPS lights work.
