Having the light 6 inches away on a small seedling may be too close. Id say move them up 2 more inches away for 8 to 10 inches, just because the plant is small and young. If the seedling is VERY small, remove, or unscrew 1 bulb and keep 3 on. Having an extra fan close to bulbs to cool the lights helps too.

4 bulbs will get you vegging for about a month, but after that I'd consider more bulbs.

With cfl's, youre going to be moving the lights alot for best penetration every 3 days or between watering. The plant will grow, and get a thicker hide to the green, and will withstand closer heat, and light but not while it's young.

I'll say again, you will be moving the cfls up alot when plant grows bigger. Burn usually is not that bad, and I wouldnt be too afraid of a little burnt leaf. Your temp is good, plant can handle hotter temps. Just try to stay under 85 degrees. Good luck.

To me with cfl's, it's much better to keep the light closer, than farther away anyday. So try to get a feel for it and observe the burn.

thanks so 20cm is good i guess.
Yeah that should be good. When plant gets older, move cfl's closer. I had bulbs very very close to my leaves, touching, I would much rather burn, than not penetrate. But ya for a small plant not too good for it to have the lights that close.

would my plant recover during 12hr lights off?.
No, the leaf will not heal itself, the damage is done. When the plant grows up and gets larger and wider, the small burn will seem insignificant if you can help to not burn it again. Dont clip it off, just leave it I think that might be your next question, no leaf snipping okay!

And dont do 12 hr off! What are you doing! Your gonna mess with the light schedule, potential herm or male bro be careful. That is, unless you plan on 12/12 ing from seed(ling) I'd say turn the lights back on! I usually do 20 on 4 off. Then I usually juice to 24 hours always on after the plant gets more mature myself.

Ya bro what do you mean 5 yr seedling? A clone snip from a 5 yr mom? Or, mum to you eh heheh. And why did you do 12 hr to recover? Im just wondering.

12/12 is a horible idea unless your growing autos. You are gonna kick em into flower or hermie em. Have you been running em on 12/12? I have been hearing a lot of this putting em on 12/12 in veg nonsense latley, where did you hear that that's a good idea? Not trying to be a Dick just curious.

autos dont perform well on 12/12. 18/6 or 20/4 is an auto light schedule.

are you sure that your plant got burned by the light and not by nutrients in your soil? 2 inches or 5cm isn't to close. The best way to judge how far you light needs to be away from the plant is easy. Lay your hand on top of the closest leaf to the light, move the light closer and closer until it gets uncomfortable to keep your hand there. Back it up to where it isn't uncomfortable anymore and you have found the right spot for your light.

12/12 from seed wont make your plants hermie or turn 'em male. If your plant is a male it's a male, if your plants a female it's a female, light schedule doesn't effect that. Inconsistent light schedules can cause your plant to hermie, but 12/12 from seed wont turn it hermie.

the light was kind inconsistent so far. I did 18/6 for 2 day and 11hr light off and then 24/0 .. hope its ok

Well, I guess watch for some burn now. If the light never really did touch leaf, like dude said, probably your soil. Don't get mad if more burn does show up, just let it go I'd say.
