Cfl light distance question

Hi all i am currently vegging two g13 haze under a 300 watt blue cfl they are three days popped out of canna coco my question is how far away should i position my light from them

I myself wouldn't be any closer than 3 inches but it truly depends on temps in enclosure. Your girls can literally grow up into the lights if bulbs aren't hot. But i am no expert so take my advise with a grain of salt

use your hand hold it under the light and keep it there for a moment if it get's to hot for your hand then it is to hot for the plant use the back of your hand put it as close as you can to the light without it burning your hand.
