CFL indoor grow box help!

Hey guys. I am kind of new here. And i just got done building my first grow box. I used 2 x 14 gallon totes (stacked them on top of each other). Car heat reflectors for inside. I have 2 x 12v pc fans. 1 intake and 1 outtake. I have read that the wattage for cfl is 150w. So i am using 3 x 23w 6500 and 3 x 23w 2700. I have also taken a carbon filter sheet and cut them up and put them over the fan to avoid smell. My problem is, i put a thermometer inside to see what the temp would be, and it got up to 93 degrees! I am just wondering, if i have to many lights for such a small space or not proper ventilation. If anyone would help, that would be awesome. Height of the grow box is just a little over 2 feet. Length about 20 inches and width is about 14 inchea.

How many ladies are going in there? Google wattage per square foot and it'll tell you how much you need. Hope this helps.

I am going to start with 1 auto northern light at first. Just to give it a shot and see if it works. It says optimal is 5 cfl 23w per sq foot. Should i do three lights instead? Should i take the carbon filter pieces off the fans to get better air flow? Or should i get new fans? Sorry. I am very new at this as you can tell.

Haha, we all had to learn. If you can get better fans, that should help and still allow you to use the carbon filter. Once you get the fans, run it and see what your temps are with three, then four, then five. That way you have an idea of how many is good. With the reflective material, three should work if that's the best temp wise.
