btw= by the way, I've heard nothing but good things about those nutes so good choice. Man I'm in the process of setting up my new op at my new house and I just can't freaking wait to get started again. I mean I'm freaking itching, lol and looking through this site doesn't make it any better lol.

lol thats how i felt man but i cudnt afford the HIDs yet so i got sum cfls and i cudnt be more happy. but imma soon get sum HIDs to see the difference but imma have to get a diff room becuz itll get too hot in there in the small space

ya man do a couple with cfls, thats what I did. I did bagseed twice with shitty turn outs and then one time with the auto ak47s and then I finished the rest of the auto ak47's with the hid till I lost my house and plants (long story) but I had to cut down one ak47 (she was fucking HUGE for an autoflower plant) and 4 Great White Sharks. I almost cried but I luckly my fiance talked me into chopping one of the plants the day before cause she was almost ready to chop, but I wanted to leave her for a couple more days till she talked me into it. Thank god I did cause when I had to cut my shit I wouldn't of had time to trim her and put the buds in the dry box. I just hid that shit when I was moving out in my car. That sucked I drove around for two days with over 2 oz's wet. Lol when you opened the door to my suv the smell hit you like a left hook from Ali man shit was crazy lol. I was able to save all my gear and get out of there as quick as possible. Your looking good already though keep it up. Have you gotten a bigger res yet?

Oh ok your good for now but when they start getting a lil bigger I'd atleast move it to a 5 gl res. When they start flowering they start drinking ALOT more. You wouldn't want to come home and find them starved with no water.

idk they wud starve becuz i have another 16 litter container on the side with a waterpump pumping water to they other container so if anything the side res wud dry out first

ya man thats possible. You get little lollipops. I'm going to be doing 12/12 from seed my next grow. Its ideal for stealth grows especially with HID lights that way you don't even notice it on the power bill. They stay short and compact. And its even better if you have fem seeds too then you know for sure that they are all females and will give you bud.

well if you want to do that then you'll have to have two separate rooms. One lights on 12/12, one with lights on 18/6. Your flowering plants will be in the 12/12 room, and your clones and mothers will be in your 18/6. And yes you can take clones off up to two weeks after the first sign of pistils. I don't really know how many shoots you'll get off of 12/12 from seed. You probably have the oppurtunity to get shoots and clone them. And what you can do is take clones off all of them and start vegging them to get roots, while you hope to be mothers are under the 12/12, and when you find out the sexes trash the males and keep the females. Make sure you mark which plant you took clones from though.
Once you turn the lights onto 12/12 they stay that way till you harvest your plant. You want NO ABSOLUTLY no light leaks during the lights off stage (you could turn your female into a hermie meaning male/female). Most indica's take 8-10 weeks and most sativas are 11-14 weeks flowering, and that start not when you turn your lights back but when you see your first pistil or hair come out. You really need a scope and check the trichombes and see what color they are. Clear trichs= wait longer you'll hurt your yeild, Cloudy trichs= More of the heady uppy high, Amber trichs= couchlock or more narcotic high. Its all in what you want or prefer. But don't chop when they are clear.

Here is something you could turn into a veg chamber. You wouldn't have to have them three high or that many fans either since you'll be using cfls.

How to Create a 400 Watt HID Rubbermaid Grow
You Will need:
Three Rubbermaid bins
Three higher velocity fans
One lower velocity fan
A sharp razor or knife
Mylar, or flat white paint
Step one: Place one Rubbermaid bin right side up take cover of and put to side
Step two: remove the cover of a second Rubbermaid bin and place face down over the first Rubbermaid bin
Step Three: Cut a hole in the bottom of the top box
Step Four: put last Rubbermaid right side up with cover on top cut hole in bottom of Rubbermaid bin first
Step Five: Cut a hole in the second bin up on the side for one high powered fan
Step six: Cut directly opposite for the second high powered fan
both will be pumping air in
Step Seven: Cut a hole on the side of the top box so that the third and final high powered fan will fit blowing air out
Step eight: Cut a hole on the side of the bottom box so that the low powered fan will fit and blow on your plants nicely
Step nine: Affix hood and bulb so that it can hang from the cover of the top box
Step ten: put mylar all over the inside, if Mylar is not an option use flat white paint
Step Eleven: put them plants in there and let em grow
To access the plants simply take the top bin off the top,
to get all the way to the plants take the middle and top off

Idk man if i saw three glowing rubbermaid bins on top of each other I would think something is up. I like the setup it just doesn't seem very stealthy at all. I think a cabinet would be much stealthier IMHO. +rep though for creativity
