I am making a 36"L x 20"W x 36"H grow box. Thinking of using cfl's. Would i be ok with 2x 100 watt cfl? Also should I mix a 2700K with 6500K? Help please!

That sounds about right from what i've read. I just built a cabinet (still working on a few things left). Correction, i bought a Plastic Cabinet from store and installed the fans/lights/etc. I have 12 23 watter, 4 2700 and 6 6500 (or is it reverse, can't remember right now) for 260 total watts. It's smaller than your length wise, but around same height and width. I've seen people do PC grows w/ 100watts and get like an oz so i'm going for 2 oz min w 260w for first grow, i'd imagine you'd get the same.

How many plants are you planning to grow? 2 100w should be ok, personaly I would throw 2 more in there depending on how many plants I was growing. But I like to over do it on my CFL grows usually. And really I think people are split down the middle on whether to mix up the light spectrums. I do but some people dont. I just think it is more natural to mix it up, more like the sun.....idk. Like in my room I use 4 4ft floros 6500k and then 2-4 42w CFLs 2700ks. And I throw in some 24w 6500ks just for good measure lol.

I am thinking of maybe 4 plants. I was browsing and found a Lights of America White Fluorex Flood Light 65 watt http://lightsofamerica.com/en/Products/9265.aspx. Have you heard of it? Its a 6500K with 6800+ lumens. Do you think that would be enough for my grow area? Vegging and flowering.
Idk about just one of those for all 4 plants. but like I said I usually go overboard but really you could do the math and see if it will work. The lumans to spaure footage or whatever, they have a post on it. I don't like to do math tho. I would personally throw 2 of those in for 4 plants.
