Cfl growing first time in progress

I'm goin with a CFL grow... area is 4 plants in a 48"x24" area I've got a 6inch inline fan suckin air our (yet to tie in an inline carbon filter) I have a 6in grill mounted to let "fresh air" into the grow area.... now i'm looking at my lighting....

I'm on this website about to click order.... but i want the right lights for maximum potential....

The lights are: 42 watt CFL's producing 5,000K Lumens each and they are FUll spectrum

They also sell the 2800K Warm white bulbs.....

I'm willing to buy 20 of which ever one as to stock up... i'm gonna have about 6 to 8 hanging up let me know what yall think

toomany cfls you might just want a 150 hps compensate much better and save you money

i'm not gonna hang all 20 i'm just gonna stock up onthem i'll only hang 8 i just wanna make sure i'm gettin the right ones voltage/electricity use is an issue here

I've been checking out that 150 watt mini HPS system btw...

so i took my measurements the are is 27" by 54 1/2" and about 8 feet tall.....

if i multiply length x width x height i get about 81 cubic feet

if i divide this number by 5 i get about 16.2 (#of CFMS i'll need to clear the grow are in 5 min with fresh air)

so here is my grociers list

1.) The 150 watt HPS MINI grow light 16,000 lumens....w/ warranty w/extra 150watt light.

2.)25'x50" roll of "PANDA FILM" (seal the grow room)

3.) Going with a Growbright 4" Inline fan and corbon filter combo(40 watts 170cfm's, i only need about 60cfms so it think this should be sufficient)

4.) Fox farm liquid soil formula 3-pack

PRICE TAG = $309.75

I've got my fertilizer, lighting, and ventilation... i've been researchin this for over a year and its now buy time so i'm just getting all the equations in order

Now i need to worry about soil, pot size, getting a small fan to help airflow and maybe a couple other small things... (BEROMOETER, THERMOMETER, PH TESTER)

FOR SOIL:

I have heard only good things about earth worm castings, Cocoa peat, pearlite, and foxfarmOean forest potting soil..
I've seen high times growing films, i've seen even various hydro-stores that have there own videos out... i know they have certain mixtures or formulas for creating "the perfect soul mixture" i'm just not sure what i should go with and would like some first hand advice....

any advice will be taken seriously.....

totally wattage = 150+40=190 (not including small circulation fan)

ff soil is good.you dont need to add nutes for a month..htg supply 150 hps has a separate ballast for heat issue. those minis have the ballast in the hood too much heat and they are cheaper.the htg grow light is 69.99 who can beat that.the extra change you save from that you can get thermo/hydrometer,6 inch clip on and 1or2 gallon grow bagg by 10
