Provided your space isn't larger than around 60x60cm, yeah, it can be done. You might want to add some smaller bulbs around the plant(s) during flowering.

if i was to use the 150w cfl above the plant with 4 20w cfls around the plant is there a chance i can get a good yield??

is it alright if i use 4 or 5 4200k 20w cfls during veg and flowering??

is this enough for a good yield?

One plant yes. Two plants no unless you really manage the height of lights so that they are within 2" of a plant top. Like Cr8x13 said, fill in the space around with small CFL's. Make sure there is some ventilation on it even though you are using CFL's The big ones can get warm so sue the hand test (put your hand betwwen the bulb and the plant top for a minute and if you're still comfortable the plant will be too) to make sure it's not too close to the plants. The small ones can touch the leafs with no problems.
