CFL Closet Bagseed Grow

This is my second grow. I'm doing it indoors because my 1st grow was stolen from my sideyard. Also I think it will turn out better.

My next batch will be some thing fruity from Nirvana, I just want to try the closet on some free bagseed first. Some crazy stuff with so much red hair it looks like Elmo's backside.

I would appreciate anyones advice.

I plan to use as many CFL's as necessary to keep her lit.
I gave my 400W HPS to my cousin a year ago and he's using it at the moment... So CFL it is!

She is 5 days old here... My camera looks like it will take decent pics so we're in luck!

Today I have 3 blue bulbs and 3 red bulbs for a total of ~ 120W, or about 6000 lumens. I'll add much more as she gets bigger... Some 2 ft bulbs in the corners for when she gets tall enough.

I'd like to try to flower with CFL's. What do you guys think? Anyone done it? I'm prepared to surround the plant with bulbs/tubes...

Looking good DoctorGreen. I'm still planning, having only grown out in the world. I'm hoping a well thought out cfl scheme will give you a great crop.

Here is an update for Day 6.

I've been reading up on RIU forums. I've decided to use only blue light for veg and only red for flowering (to simulate the natural sunlight frequencies it would recieve from summer to fall).

It looks like it quit stretching since I got the lights closer on day 3. I want this bagseed bitch to stay compact so I'll keep the cfl's about an 1-2 inches away. Unless...

The tips of the first single blade leaves look like spikes(are they drying up from the close proximity of the bulbs?) When I had 6 bulbs on this little girl it was pretty damn hot even with the oversized fan I run. I think the 3 blue bulbs should be enough for the next week or so right???

I've ordered Blue Mystic seeds from Nirvana, my bro bought Ice from Nirvana, and my cousin has some AF or LR AK47. I also have bagseed(sho doesn't?) that I'll grow to see what it is. I'll start with Blue Mystic since it doesn't smell much, and I'll get these other guys cloning so we won't lose the strains.

I have been thru a 10 day super fast-track grow class(all my free time for the last 10 days), and have learned a lot from RIU. Cabinet design, Cooling, Lighting Efficiency, Strains, Nutes, SOG, SCROG, LSTing, FIMMING, Cloning... Not interested in Aero or Hydro, I'm a soil guy so I haven't been reading on that(yet). I'm leaning towards a 4 plant SCROG, probably staggered(2 plants a month at 8 week flowering, or 2 plants every 5 weeks for 10 week flowering if the yield is worth the wait). I'm guessing I can pull off 1.5oz per plant dry for 3oz every 4 or 5 weeks. One Mom should be enough right?

Well, when I first planted the bagseed, I had no fucking clue what I was doing. I planted the seed in an old pot from my last grow. I didn't change the soil or anything. Shortly after my last update the leaves started turning yellow(the whole plant went from green to yellow all over). I bought a ph tester, and it was @ 4.6... I transplanted into a full size pot with new soil last night, and when I get home I'll see if it took. I'll post pics then. She's not much bigger.
