CFL causing plant change overnight or water?

good day. Started germing my own seeds after years of buying clones for outdoor grows. Long story short.

Have 5 OG kush dinafem seeds. Have sprouted and grew in direct sunlight with quality potting soil and bottled water. Started to notice stretching bought 4 cfls to get thing going. 6500k-100w equivalent. This is day 2 under only 3 cfls about 4-8 inches away from each plant and my leaves are curling up with a white discolouration happening. Was using bottled water but randomly grabbed bottle 2 days ago so it could have been well water. Will water again with bottled water I have stopped cfls and are back by window with fan to help with stress.

grow was in a non ventilated closet with door open. Small fan/purifier. Was kind of warm but nothing crazy.

pictures are attached. just need these babies to grow indoors healthy for another 2-4weeks max and they will be outside for good.

Thanks for any advice. Post is longer due to info included for best advice. Cheers.

Mild Nute burn, the addition of 25% perlite would have eased this, do this come potup time

understand in most cases bottles water is RO water, which has many must needed minerals removed

in your situation I may consider using 50/50 well to bottled water, ur plants need that Mg and 'C' etc (ur choice)

leaving at the window offers too much of a temperature swing from day to night ..?

if these are to go into the garden consider using just warm red on the cfl array

to get that much needed stretchy look, so when you plant out they are long(12")

so you need to dig deep to put her in, deep is good, more water down there

also height gives good chance for more light to get to them young leaves

to my blog on arrays:

good luck
