CFL beginner question

Forget all this noise. Go buy a T-5 fixture. Yes, the depth is not as good as MH or HPS BUT you can control the spectrum of light, hence eliminating all forms of wasted light (green, white, and yellow) and grow the best bud you ever have.

Well you must be lost if you don't even know how much light to use, not to mention the noob mistake of starting before you know what you're doing. I used to use CFL's...til i got a job.

how bout these i got 2 of them? an so far as seeds in 3 days wow it made a difference. http://www.homedepot.com/h_d1/N-5yc...word=68+watt+bulbs&storeId=10051#.UNJITm88CSo
those will work fine man but you can often find 26watters in 4packs for under $10.00 so that's 104watts of actual wattage for $10.00 or 68watts for $16.97, ...it's easy to see the math works better with the 26watters, you get WAY more bang for your buck.

...you're also able to spread the light more evenly over the top of your canopy.

12 bucks a bulb 2700k 65 watt cfl 4000 lumens a piece....what im saying is if you can afford them use them. Less wires to hassle with and set up. I use 3 for 12,000 lumens output on one light socket. if i set up like you it would be like sitting next to the sun

I would be pushing 32,000 lumens just off one strip the way your set up. im doing nothing but cfl grows and i know cfls can get as much as HPS or LED
