This plants about 3 weeks old the first 2 weeks its growth got stunted due to shit soil so I transplanted it and now its growing

Lights: 65w(6400k) 2x18w(6400k)
20w(6400k)
Soil: richgro seed and cutting mix

Rather nice sized-pot you got there! I'm sure that plant is gonna get pretty big! So far, so good.

Since you're using starter soil, it's about time for some nutrients. The bottom leaves are showing signs that the plant is perfectly ready to be fed. Do you have any nutrients on-hand?

I would hold off on the nutes another week still untill that third set of leafs get more developed...im growing some larry og under cfls as well 154w
The pic below was how big mine was b4 the first dose, andit looks like i used the same same size pot as you at that stage
