CFL arrangement, How many lights should I have? (32sq ft)

Hello everyone, first post here.

I have a 8'x4'x3' grow space right now, which is 32sq ft (and 3ft of height), im growing a few short auto flowering strains right now, Lowlife Blueberry and lemon skunk and some Lowryder Easyryder. right now I only have 9 plants with 18 23w CFl's inside, arranged with 2 for each plant. but I feel like I need more light, at max capacity it will house 15 plants. so with it arranged the way it is now. 15 plants would result in 30 bulbs.

if anyone has any suggestions feel free to lay them on me, ive included some pics of the set up. also if anyone has grown any of thee strains with cfls, what kinda yeilds were you seeing? im hoping for 1/2oz min from each, pref around 20-28g each tho

also, how effective do you guys find mylar to be? just thinking of if its worth it to line the walls

Yes! It's worth it to line the walls with it in small grows such as this, Hell even going to a auto parts store and getting one maybe two of those sun reflectors you put in your car would work tremendously, I'd actually say to my personal knowledge that you have plenty of light, Possibly enough for a full house, If the walls of course are covered with mylar or another reflective surface, Even flat white would be better then just the plywood. But my knowledge towards the lighting is mainly based on what people have told me, So I could be wrong
