CFL and socket question

I was recently reading on growlightsupply.com about their 105 watt cfls. What I need to know is, when they say it requires a medium socket/ballast do they mean an e26 or is it different? Any of their bulbs above 105 watts require a mogul ballast, are they similar?

They screw into a regular socket. The best cfls, IMO, are 42w for efficiency and cost.
