cfl and fluorescent lighting

Ok so I have a huge supply of cfl bulbs lying around the house. i also have a 120 watt fluorescent light. if i want to grow 4 plants, about how manY watts of cfl should I use in addition to the 120 watts of fluorescent. and how manY should i use when mY plants begin to flower. thanks!
