cfl advice

hey cfl growers i have a plan for an extreme stealth grow and just wanted a bit of feed back?
so the situation is i have been using a 400w hps wardrobe in conjunction with with my flatmate who has the same set up...i was vegging an he was flowering.but now i have to move because my asshole landlord has kicked me out so i want to build a stealth grow underneath my corner desk without my new flatmates knowing...the space is 30 cm wide and about a 1.25m long and i was thinkin 150w max for lighting so that they dont notice the extra power...the stealth box would only be used for clones and vegging then would transport to my old flat mate to flower...i would only need to get them around 30cm high...do you think 150w worth of cfl could do this in that space?feedback aprecciated...chur

30cms is about a foot 150w is only 3 42w cfls or one really good one. That would be good for one maybe two plants if you were good about getting reflective materials on the walls and the lights right up on the plants,i would say it is possible.
