So when I got this strain I tryed to do some research on it and found VERY VERY little about it. I have had a pretty easy time with them besides the spider mites I got. It wasnt bad but it was still spider mites and that shit stressed me out big time! Tomorrow I will start my 2nd week of flowering and the plants are 17" to 19 1/2" tall. heres a list of my set up and the nutes I'm using.

1 1000w hps light
4x4 ebb & flow tray
35g res
co2
G.H. nutes
F.F. Sul

The Grape Ape like the res to be watered down a little. I mix 25g of water and then add the nutes for the 25g and then top off the res with 5g of fresh water. If you mix to what G.H. says you WILL get nute burn!!! My ph is set a 5.8 and I let it rise to 6.3, take a few days to get that high.

I will post pics later and if you want to say anything, give advice or ask a question about this strain I will try and help out as much as I can.

mmmm nice i just blazed a sack of grape ape last night. cant wait to see some pics

yeah its good hreb when done right. Its my first grow with this strain and its not that easy! a few friends got the same clones from the same place and mine are the only one alive still. they like colder rooms 65-72 and alittle more humidiy then others but that nor-cal for ya! the rason I know this is because my friends grow room were in the mid to high 70s and 40%-50%, my room is in the 60s and its about 70%, now for the rest of flowering I will bump it down slowly to around 40% when its done and see how that works. pics will be up in a while sorry just no lights right now and they are sleeping so dont want to bug them!!!

really the colder temps help out with more then the color! if its hotter then 72-73 then the leaves show heat stress, anything 72 and under I was told that it will turn purple.well we will see. right now everything is a dark green and the new groth is a bit lighter not much though. pics will come around 6pm tonight w.c.t.

Grape Ape? Damn..I gotta read up on my strains lol cuz I'm too new to this. I just recently started growing because one of my friends smokes so much and the other knows a lot about weed (not to mention a family member grows it for medical purposes). So we all when in and we're not doing too bad, we had the mites problem as well, but were just doing a bunch of random plants if they do well then were gonna look into white widow and blueberry and some other strains. Any suggestions?

I have been growing for about 13 years now and have never
come across grape ape seeds until about a year ago,My friend
was finishing up his crop and had some seeds left over and offered them
to me seeing how my crop was about done and he needed a place 2 stay, so for some hindu kush, grape ape ,hash plant and a few mystery seeds and all the dam erb i could medicate on for the 3 weeks he was there I let him stay ,he was gone by the time i planted the seeds but they were all killer, bummer i only got 1 grape ape seed out of the mix so i took extra care of it and and watched it turn into a male, i had it on 18 on 6 off
it was about 30 days old when it showd its sex, it was almost black by the time his pollon was ready, it was a shame it was a male but i was smart enough to freeze some of the pollen and spread some on my hindu kush ,
witch i took pics of but 4 some reason have none of the grape ape male ?
but i have just started 8 of those seeds aswell as some bubba kush
and some white widow cant wait to see what the grape ape x hindu kush seeds turn out like, they are only 3 days old but will post pics soon !

here r pics of the grape ape erb that dude had and some pics of my hindu kush ,da mother of the seeds
