we are so disrespectful to each other on this political forum.
we can disagree without all the disrespect can't we?
The name calling is out of hand, on every thread at one givin point
it becomes a battle of who can dis who more.
we all have been on both ends and I'm as guilty as any other member here.

I call for a ceasefire and to report anyone who does otherwise.

Hell no, now i'm gonna have to start taking aim at you~LOL~. I give what I get, that is the norm in politicos. If you noticed, there are a few participants that relish in handing out shit but don't really contribute much content. Those incorrigibles will always recieve crap from me. I have made a few enemies, the prime ones are pretty evident as their outlook on life is about 180* out from mine, but I also have some compatriates that realize this world is made of human beings and not just cannon fodder for the elites. I will post what I find interesting and defend it to anyone that doesn't immediately start a personal attack. To those idiots, I just say fuck off. Now about this report thing, That is policing of a different kind, more like snitching. I'll agree that there are boundaries and I even turned in a guy that threatened me with sending the cops to my home, but basically the mods scope out the threads and will remove things or people that are way out of line. I'm sure a few things I've posted have been removed. Hey, we're not perfect

I agree with you. I don't like personal attacks and that's why I VERY seldom make any. Here's what happens; I respond to a post, usually made by a socialist/liberal/pinko-commie, who hasn't thought his/her positions through to their economic and or liberty destroying conclusions and I just point out their errors. This is done with NO personal attacks at all. Now, these liberal/socialist/pinko-commies have no sense of humor at all and have the demeanor of aerospace engineers who cannot take even a suggestion, let alone criticism, without getting pissed off at the entire world. They regularly respond to my very intelligent, well meaning posts, with horrible, nasty, over the top, debasing, personal attacks. Maybe we need a resident therapist to council them in an effort toward helping them over their anger issues, ya think? :blsmoke:
